Cancellation, Refunds & Cooling-Off Policy

We want you to understand your cancellation rights before you join. This policy forms part of the REBL Membership Terms. Plan details are in Key Membership Info.

1. Your 14-day cooling-off right

You can cancel your membership within 14 days of the day you join (the day your first payment is taken), for any reason.

To cancel, email membership@reblventures.co and tell us clearly that you want to cancel. You can use the model form below, but you don’t have to.

2. Starting your membership straight away

Your membership starts as soon as your first payment is taken. When you pay, you ask us to start your membership immediately, within the cooling-off period, and you can still cancel within the 14 days.

If you cancel within the 14 days, we will refund what you’ve paid minus a proportionate amount for the days you were a member before you told us. For example, if you join the monthly plan on 27 October, your £99 covers the 35 days to 1 December; if you cancel on day 5, we’ll keep £14.14 (5/35 of £99) and refund £84.86.

If you cancel within the cooling-off period, the 12-month commitment does not apply — you only pay for the days you were a member.

3. Cancelling after the cooling-off period

Monthly plan (£99/month, 12-month commitment)

• You commit to 12 months: the monthly plan is a 12-month membership paid in 12 payments of £99 (£1,188 in total): £99 when you join, then £99 on the 1st of each month, starting the month after next. You can’t cancel month to month. After the cooling-off period, if you tell us you want to leave during the 12 months, the remaining payments for that term are still due. We don’t charge any cancellation fee or penalty on top. Your access continues until the end of the 12-month term.
• At the end of the 12 months: your membership renews automatically for another 12-month term, paid on the 1st of each month, unless you tell us before the renewal date that you don’t want to renew. We’ll email you at least 14 days before the renewal with the date, price and how to cancel. We don’t refund part-months.
• Renewal cooling-off: if your membership renews and you change your mind, you can cancel within 14 days of the renewal date. You’ll only pay for the days since renewal, and no further payments for the new term will be taken.
• Trials: if we ever offer a free or discounted trial, we’ll remind you before it turns into a paid membership.

Annual plan (£990/year, paid upfront)

• You commit to 12 months and pay for them upfront when you join. The weeks until the 1st of the month after next are included free, and your membership year starts on that 1st. After the 14-day cooling-off period, the annual fee is non-refundable, except as set out in this policy or where the law requires.
• Your membership renews automatically for another 12 months unless you turn off renewal before the renewal date. We’ll email you at least 14 days before the renewal with the date, price and how to cancel.
• Renewal cooling-off: if your membership renews and you change your mind, you can cancel within 14 days of the renewal date and we’ll refund the renewal payment minus a proportionate amount for the days since renewal.

4. How to cancel

Email membership@reblventures.co and tell us you want to cancel or turn off renewal.

We’ll confirm your cancellation by email and tell you the date your access ends.

5. When we will always refund

Whatever plan you’re on, you’re entitled to a refund (in full or in part, as appropriate) if:

• we end your membership for a reason that isn’t your breach of the Membership Terms. You’ll get a pro-rata refund of any prepaid period after your membership ends;
• we fail to provide the membership as described, or make a change to it that significantly disadvantages you and you choose to leave; or
• the law otherwise requires it.

We don’t refund for events, perks or partner benefits you chose not to use, or for a partner withdrawing a perk.

6. Paid events and experiences

Events, founder houses, trips or other experiences paid for separately have their own booking terms, which we’ll give you before you book.

7. How refunds are paid

We’ll refund you within 14 days of agreeing a refund is due, to the payment method you used, unless we agree otherwise. We won’t charge you a fee for the refund.

8. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
