How these Terms and Guidelines work

These Membership Terms and Community Guidelines form the agreement between REBL Ventures Limited (“REBL”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and each person accepted as a REBL member (“Member”, “you” or “your”).

They apply to your membership, use of REBL community spaces, attendance at REBL activities, and participation in introductions, office hours, partner opportunities and other REBL experiences.

The Membership Terms (Part A) set out the contractual framework for membership. The Community Guidelines (Part B) set out how we expect everyone to behave. The following documents also form part of your agreement with us: Key Membership Info (plans, prices, the 12-month commitment and renewal) and our Cancellation, Refunds & Cooling-Off Policy. Our Privacy Notice explains how we use personal information. If there is a conflict, Key Membership Info and the Cancellation Policy take priority over these Terms on fees, cancellation and refunds.

Part A — Membership Terms

1. About REBL

1.1 REBL operates a private community and founder ecosystem designed to help ambitious women and non-binary founders build strong companies through peer community, relevant introductions, events, office hours, partner benefits and other opportunities.

1.2 REBL is operated by REBL Ventures Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17438046.

1.3 Membership is personal to you. It is not transferable, may not be shared with another person, and does not create an employment, partnership, agency, fiduciary or joint-venture relationship between you and REBL or between Members.

2. Eligibility and membership decisions

2.1 REBL is a selective community created for women and non-binary founders, who are under-represented in founder networks and receive a disproportionately small share of venture funding. Membership is subject to REBL’s current eligibility criteria and to applicable law. Our approach is explained in our Equality & Inclusion statement.

2.2 In considering membership, REBL may take account of matters such as: founder status; professional background; the company or venture being built; company stage; sector; community fit; community capacity; behaviour; and the balance and usefulness of the community as a whole.

2.3 Membership decisions are made through human review. REBL may accept, defer or decline an application or invitation where it reasonably considers this appropriate. We will not apply membership criteria in a way prohibited by applicable law.

2.4 REBL may invite non-member guests, speakers, investors, advisers, partners or sponsors to particular events, office hours or community activities. Their participation does not make them Members.

2.5 If your circumstances change so that you no longer meet REBL’s current membership criteria, please tell us. REBL may review continued membership where reasonably necessary.

3. Joining REBL and acceptance of these Terms

3.1 You become bound by these Terms when you expressly accept them, for example by: ticking an acceptance box; confirming acceptance electronically; or completing another onboarding step that clearly states that these Terms apply.

3.2 By joining, you confirm that: you are at least 18 years old; the information you provide to REBL is materially accurate; and you have authority to enter into these Terms.

3.3 You are responsible for keeping your contact and profile information reasonably up to date.

3.4 Our Privacy Notice is provided separately. Any consent for email marketing, photography where consent is appropriate, special category information, or another optional purpose will be requested separately where required.

4. What membership may include

4.1 Depending on your membership and what REBL is offering at the time, membership may include access to some or all of the following: the private REBL WhatsApp Community and its groups (or any replacement community platform we notify you of); member-to-member connections and introductions; private dinners, gatherings, talks, workshops, co-working sessions and other events; office hours with advisers, experts, partners or investors; partner credits, discounts, benefits or startup programmes; founder resources, community updates and opportunities; and other community experiences introduced by REBL from time to time.

4.2 REBL is a curated and evolving community. We do not promise that any specific person, investor, partner, event, benefit, credit, introduction or opportunity will always be available.

4.3 REBL may change channels, formats, providers, features, event schedules, or community programming where reasonably necessary to operate or improve the community.

4.4 Events, founder houses and limited-capacity experiences. Membership gives you the opportunity to apply for, book or be invited to REBL events, dinners, founder houses, trips and other experiences. It does not guarantee you a place at any particular one, or a minimum number of events. Many experiences may have limited capacity. Places may be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, by application, by invitation, or by other fair criteria (such as relevance to the theme, location or giving priority to members who haven’t attended recently), which we’ll explain when an experience is announced. Some experiences cost extra. We’ll always tell you the price before you book (see clause 5 and Key Membership Info). Not getting a place at a particular experience doesn’t entitle you to a refund of your membership fee.

5. Fees and paid services

5.1 REBL may offer: free membership; paid membership; paid events; or other paid services. If a fee applies, we will tell you the price, billing basis, any minimum term, renewal terms and cancellation conditions before you commit. Our current paid plans are set out in Key Membership Info.

5.2 Membership fees are collected by our payment provider, Stripe. Prices include any VAT that applies. You authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for each fee as it falls due under your plan, including on automatic renewal, until your membership ends in line with the Cancellation Policy.

5.3 If a payment fails, we will tell you and give you a reasonable opportunity to update your payment details. If the payment remains unpaid, we may suspend access until it is paid, and may end your membership under clause 17.

5.4 We will not introduce a new recurring charge for an existing free membership without giving you clear notice and obtaining the agreement required by law.

5.5 If a membership renews automatically, the renewal arrangements and how to cancel are explained before purchase and in Key Membership Info, and we will send you a reminder before any renewal is charged, and before any free or discounted trial turns into a paid membership. After each renewal you have a new 14-day cooling-off period. We do not charge a cancellation fee or penalty; if you leave a paid membership early, only the remaining payments for your current term may be due. Where applicable law gives you cancellation, refund or other consumer rights, those rights are not excluded by these Terms.

5.6 If a third party charges separately for a product or service made available through REBL, the third party’s payment and contract terms may apply.

6. Member accounts and access

6.1 You must use your own phone number and account when accessing private REBL spaces. You must not: share access; add or invite unapproved people into REBL groups; share group invite links; or allow another person to use your Member access.

6.2 You are responsible for taking reasonable steps to protect the security of accounts you use for REBL, including WhatsApp and any other connected services.

6.3 If you believe your account has been compromised, or someone has gained unauthorised access to a private REBL space, tell us promptly.

6.4 Access to third-party platforms such as WhatsApp, Google Meet, Calendly or partner platforms is also subject to those providers’ terms.

6.5 When you join a REBL WhatsApp group, your phone number, name and profile photo may be visible to other members of that group. This is how WhatsApp works and is explained in our Privacy Notice. Members must treat other Members’ phone numbers as community-confidential (clause 8).

7. Member responsibilities

7.1 You agree to: follow these Terms and the Community Guidelines; treat Members, guests, REBL team members, partners, venue staff and other participants with respect; use private community information responsibly; comply with applicable law and any reasonable event, venue, platform or safety rules; respect other people’s intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality and personal boundaries; avoid conduct that could reasonably damage the safety or integrity of the community; and cooperate reasonably with REBL where we investigate a genuine safety, conduct, security or confidentiality concern.

8. Confidentiality and private community information

8.1 REBL is intended to be a trusted environment. Unless information is clearly public or clearly intended for external distribution, Members should treat non-public information learned through REBL as community-confidential.

8.2 Community-confidential information may include non-public information about: a Member’s company; products; fundraising; customers; commercial plans; personal circumstances; founder challenges; introductions; contact details; phone numbers; private WhatsApp group discussions; direct messages; event conversations; and other information shared in a private REBL context.

8.3 You must not, without appropriate permission: share community-confidential information outside the people who were reasonably intended to receive it; forward, reproduce or publish private REBL conversations; take or distribute screenshots or screen recordings of private community content; use another Member’s non-public information for competitive intelligence, press outreach, marketing, recruitment or another unrelated purpose; or upload private REBL content or Member information into external AI systems, datasets or knowledge bases for training, enrichment or unrelated analysis.

8.4 You may share your own information. You may also disclose information where: the person who owns or shared it has clearly authorised the disclosure; it has lawfully become public through no breach of these Terms; or disclosure is required by law.

8.5 Nothing in these Terms prevents anyone from reporting suspected unlawful conduct; harassment; discrimination; safeguarding concerns; misconduct; or regulatory issues to REBL, a lawyer or other professional adviser, a regulator, law-enforcement body or another authority where they are legally entitled to do so.

8.6 Confidentiality obligations continue after membership ends for as long as the relevant information remains non-public and confidential in nature.

9. Introductions and member connections

9.1 REBL may make introductions: at your request; or where we identify a connection that we reasonably think could be useful.

9.2 We will generally seek appropriate permission before sharing private contact details or non-public information with another person.

9.3 You are free to accept or decline an introduction. REBL does not guarantee that an introduction will result in: a meeting; business relationship; investment; partnership; sale; hire; or any other outcome.

9.4 Once an introduction has been made, the relationship and any transaction between the participants is their responsibility. Members should carry out their own due diligence and agree appropriate terms directly.

10. Partners, sponsors and third-party benefits

10.1 REBL may work with: sponsors; investors; venture funds; technology companies; advisers; professional-services firms; and other ecosystem partners.

10.2 A partner or sponsor does not automatically receive a Member contact list or private Member information because it works with REBL.

10.3 Partner benefits, discounts, credits and programmes may be subject to eligibility requirements and separate third-party terms. A provider may change, withdraw or refuse a benefit in accordance with its own rules.

10.4 REBL may receive sponsorship, referral fees, affiliate commissions, commercial benefits or other value from some partners. Some partner and affiliate offers on our website use affiliate or referral links, which means REBL may earn a commission if you sign up through them, at no extra cost to you; we label these where they appear. Where further disclosure is required by law or is material to a particular offer, we will provide appropriate information.

10.5 REBL does not endorse every statement, product, service or investment opportunity offered by a Member, partner, investor or other third party.

11. Events, office hours, co-working and meetings

11.1 REBL may organise in-person and online activities including: dinners; founder gatherings; workshops; office hours; talks; co-working sessions; and partner events.

11.2 You must follow reasonable instructions relating to: safety; venue rules; access; respectful conduct; and event logistics.

11.3 If you provide dietary, allergy, accessibility or other sensitive information, please provide only what is reasonably necessary. Our handling of this information is explained in the Privacy Notice.

11.4 Event dates, speakers, venues and formats may change. If a paid event is materially changed or cancelled, any refund rights will be handled in accordance with the event-specific terms and applicable law.

11.5 Office hours and expert sessions are intended to support founder learning and connections. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the person providing a session is not acting as your lawyer; accountant; financial adviser; or other retained professional.

11.6 You attend REBL events, houses, trips and other experiences at your own risk and are responsible for your own conduct, belongings, travel arrangements, and any travel, health or other insurance you may need. REBL is not responsible for:

  • loss of, theft of, or damage to your personal belongings;
  • the acts, omissions, services or premises of venues, accommodation providers, transport operators, activity providers or other third parties, unless REBL is legally responsible for them;
  • any injury, loss or damage caused by your own actions, or by your failure to follow reasonable safety instructions, venue rules or activity guidance;
  • any loss caused by events outside our reasonable control, including travel disruption, extreme weather, illness, strikes or government restrictions; or
  • any costs you incur on top of the REBL booking price, such as your own travel, if an event or trip is changed or cancelled (refunds of amounts paid to REBL are covered by clause 11.4).

Some activities, such as outdoor or adventure activities, may carry extra risk. We will tell you about any known significant risks in advance, and you should only take part if you’re comfortable doing so. Nothing in this clause limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law (see clause 19.5).

12. Photography, video, recordings and AI notetakers

12.1 Photography and video may take place at REBL events and experiences, including: private dinners; founder gatherings; workshops; co-working sessions; and partner events.

12.2 REBL may use general event photographs and video for: community communications; event recaps; REBL social media; and promotional purposes, as explained in our Privacy Notice.

12.3 We will take reasonable steps to make attendees aware that photography or filming may occur. If you do not want to appear, tell the REBL team before or during the event so we can take reasonable steps to respect your preference.

12.4 We may seek separate permission where appropriate for content focused primarily on a particular individual, such as: a testimonial; interview; or dedicated founder feature.

12.5 Some online meetings, office hours or other sessions may be recorded or transcribed using tools such as Calendly Notetaker or Granola. We will take reasonable steps to inform participants and will obtain consent where applicable law requires it.

12.6 Members must not independently record, transcribe, screen-record or photograph a private REBL meeting, event, direct message or community space without appropriate permission. This does not prevent someone from preserving evidence where reasonably necessary for a legitimate complaint, safety concern or legal report.

13. Content and intellectual property

13.1 You retain ownership of content and intellectual property that you create and share through REBL.

13.2 By posting content in a REBL-operated community space, you give REBL a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce and process that content only as reasonably necessary to: operate the community; secure the community; moderate the community; back up relevant systems; administer the service; and comply with law.

13.3 REBL will not treat a private Member post as permission to use that post as an external testimonial or marketing endorsement. We will seek permission where appropriate before using Member-created private content externally.

13.4 Featuring Members and their businesses. REBL may refer to you as a REBL Member, and use your name, your company’s name and logo, and publicly available information about your business, in:

  • REBL’s website, social media, newsletters, pitch decks and promotional materials; and
  • conversations and materials shared with current or prospective partners, sponsors and investors in REBL.

We will only use information that is already public, or that you have given us for this purpose. We will not share your non-public information (such as fundraising plans, revenue, customers or personal circumstances) with anyone without your permission, in line with clauses 8 and 9.

We will ask for your separate permission before using quotes, testimonials, case studies, interviews or content focused mainly on you or your business.

You grant REBL a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use your company name and logo for these purposes during your membership. You can opt out at any time by emailing membership@reblventures.co. We will stop new uses within a reasonable time, but cannot recall materials already published or shared.

13.5 REBL’s name, logo, branding, community materials, event concepts and content created by or for REBL remain owned by REBL or the relevant licensor. You may not use REBL branding in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership or authority without permission.

13.6 You must only share content that you have the right to share. You must not knowingly infringe another person’s: copyright; trade marks; confidential information; or other intellectual-property rights.

14. Privacy and personal information

14.1 REBL’s Privacy Notice explains: what personal information we collect; how we use it; the lawful bases we rely on; retention; international transfers; and your data-protection rights.

14.2 Members must also handle personal information obtained through REBL responsibly. Membership does not give you permission to: build a marketing list from Member information; scrape contact details; enrich a database using private Member information; or send electronic marketing in breach of applicable privacy or direct-marketing law.

14.3 Agreeing to these Terms is not consent to receive optional marketing. Where REBL relies on consent for marketing, it will be requested separately.

15. Investment, legal, tax and other professional matters

15.1 REBL is a founder community. Unless REBL expressly agrees otherwise in writing, REBL does not provide: legal advice; tax advice; accounting advice; medical advice; regulated financial advice; investment advice or other regulated or official advice.

15.2 Discussions, introductions, events and community content may include views from Members, investors, partners or experts.

15.3 These are not automatically endorsed by REBL and should not be treated as a substitute for advice from an appropriately qualified professional.

15.4 REBL does not guarantee: funding; investor access; investment performance; commercial outcomes; or the suitability of any particular person or opportunity.

15.5 Members are responsible for their own decisions, due diligence and compliance obligations in relation to: investments; fundraising; contracts; hiring; and other business activities.

16. Safety, reporting and investigations

16.1 If you experience or witness any of the following in connection with REBL, please report it: harassment; discrimination; threats; stalking; unwanted sexual conduct; misuse of confidential information; scraping; fraud; security concerns; or other serious misconduct.

16.2 Reports, and privacy or personal-data concerns, may be sent to: privacy@reblventures.co

16.3 REBL may: review relevant information; speak with participants; preserve evidence; remove content; restrict access; or take other proportionate steps to investigate and protect the community.

16.4 REBL will try to handle reports fairly and sensitively. However, we cannot promise absolute confidentiality where information must be shared to: investigate the issue; protect someone; comply with law; or obtain professional advice.

16.5 Nothing prevents a Member from contacting: the police; a regulator; a court; a lawyer; or another appropriate authority directly.

17. Suspension, termination and leaving REBL

17.1 You may leave REBL at any time by telling us. Paid memberships are a 12-month commitment, so if you have a paid membership, fees for the rest of your current 12-month term may remain payable after the cooling-off period. When your membership ends and whether any fees remain payable or refundable is set out in Key Membership Info and the Cancellation, Refunds & Cooling-Off Policy, subject to your statutory rights.

17.2 REBL may remove content, restrict particular features, suspend access or terminate membership where we reasonably consider this necessary because of: a serious or repeated breach of these Terms or Community Guidelines; harassment, discrimination, threats, unsafe conduct or serious disruption; misuse of confidential information, screenshots, recordings, Member data or contact lists; spam, unsolicited selling, scraping, fraud, impersonation or security misuse; non-payment of an applicable fee; loss of eligibility for the relevant membership category; legal, regulatory, safeguarding or security requirements; or another serious reason affecting the safety, integrity or operation of REBL.

17.3 Where reasonably practicable, we may give you an opportunity to explain or correct a concern before permanent termination. We may act immediately where we reasonably believe urgent action is necessary to protect: people; information; systems; or the community.

17.4 If REBL ends a paid membership for reasons other than your breach, we will refund a pro-rata share of any fees you have prepaid for the period after your membership ends, and you will not be charged any further fees.

17.5 When membership ends, your access to private REBL spaces may be removed or deactivated. Historical community contributions may remain where reasonably necessary and subject to: platform functionality; the Privacy Notice; and applicable law.

17.6 Provisions intended to continue after membership ends, including confidentiality, intellectual property, liability and dispute provisions, continue to apply.

18. Changes to REBL and these Terms

18.1 REBL may update these Terms where reasonably necessary, for example to reflect changes to: the community; services; law; safety requirements; or technology.

18.2 If a change materially affects Members’ rights or obligations, we will take reasonable steps to give advance notice before the change takes effect, unless an urgent legal, security or safety reason requires a faster change.

18.3 Where a material change adversely affects a paid ongoing service, we will provide any cancellation or other remedy required by applicable law.

19. Responsibility and liability

19.1 REBL will provide its services with the level of care and skill required by applicable law.

19.2 REBL is not responsible for statements, promises, conduct, products, services or decisions of Members, guests, partners, investors, venues or other third parties unless the law makes REBL responsible for them.

19.3 REBL is not responsible for a Member’s decision to act or not act based solely on: community discussion; an introduction; an event; an AI-generated summary; or information supplied by another participant. Members should carry out appropriate due diligence.

19.4 REBL does not guarantee uninterrupted access to: third-party platforms; particular events; specific Members; partners; perks; introductions; or funding opportunities.

19.5 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for: death or personal injury caused by negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

19.6 Where you participate wholly or mainly for business purposes, REBL is not responsible for indirect or consequential business losses, or loss of: profit; revenue; business opportunity; goodwill; or anticipated savings, to the extent such liability may lawfully be excluded.

19.7 If you are legally a consumer, nothing in these Terms reduces any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

20. General legal terms

20.1 These Terms, together with any specific terms expressly incorporated for a particular REBL service, form the agreement between you and REBL about membership.

20.2 If any provision is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply so far as legally possible.

20.3 If REBL does not enforce a provision immediately, that does not mean we waive our right to enforce it later.

20.4 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

20.5 The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under the laws of the country in which you live.

Part B — Community Guidelines

These Guidelines apply across: the REBL WhatsApp Community and its groups; direct messages initiated through REBL; online sessions; events; co-working; office hours; and other REBL community spaces and events.

1. Respect people

  • Be professional, constructive and respectful, including when you disagree.
  • Do not harass, bully, threaten, stalk, intimidate or deliberately humiliate another person.
  • Do not discriminate unlawfully or target someone with degrading or hostile conduct because of a protected characteristic.
  • Respect boundaries. If someone asks you to stop contacting them, stop.
  • Do not retaliate against someone for raising a good-faith concern or complaint.

2. Treat private community conversations as private

  • Do not share private WhatsApp group posts, DMs, event conversations, meeting notes, or Member information outside the intended audience without permission.
  • The confidentiality rule does not stop lawful reporting of misconduct, legal concerns or safety issues.

3. No screenshots, recording or forwarding without permission

Unless you have appropriate permission, do not:

  • screenshot private WhatsApp groups or DMs;
  • screen-record WhatsApp, online meetings, office hours or community sessions;
  • record audio or video of private REBL conversations;
  • forward private Member messages, documents or files outside their intended audience; or
  • post private REBL content on social media or elsewhere.

You may preserve limited evidence where genuinely necessary to report misconduct, a legal issue or a safety concern to REBL, a professional adviser or an appropriate authority.

4. No scraping, harvesting or contact-list building

Membership does not give you a database of founders.

You must not:

  • scrape, export or automatically extract information (including phone numbers) from REBL WhatsApp groups, member lists or other private REBL spaces;
  • export or copy Member information to build a sales, recruitment, marketing, investor-relations or data-enrichment list;
  • use bots, browser tools, APIs or automation to harvest Member information without REBL’s written permission;
  • upload private Member data or community content into AI training datasets, enrichment services or other databases without appropriate permission; or
  • sell, license, trade or otherwise provide a REBL Member list to another person or organisation.

You may keep and use contact information that another person has directly shared with you for an appropriate relationship, subject to applicable privacy and direct-marketing law.

5. No unsolicited selling or spam

REBL is not a lead list.

Members must not:

  • mass-DM Members to sell products or services;
  • send repeated promotional messages to someone who has not shown interest;
  • add Members to mailing lists, CRM marketing sequences or newsletters without an appropriate legal basis and any required consent;
  • use community channels primarily for self-promotion or repetitive advertising;
  • send mass fundraising, recruitment or partnership pitches through private Member contact details; or
  • continue a sales or promotional approach after someone asks you to stop.

Relevant recommendations, founder asks, hiring posts, fundraising questions, product feedback requests and offers to help are welcome when they:

  • fit the purpose of the channel;
  • are transparent; and
  • are not spammy.

REBL may also approve partner announcements, perks or sponsor communications in designated spaces.

6. Direct-message etiquette

  • Keep first contact relevant to the context in which you found the person.
  • Personalise messages rather than sending bulk copy-and-paste outreach.
  • Do not treat a Member’s phone number or WhatsApp profile as consent to call, email, text or add them to marketing or other groups.
  • If someone does not respond, avoid repeatedly chasing them.
  • If someone says no or asks not to be contacted again, respect that immediately.

7. Protect confidential, sensitive and third-party information

  • Do not share customer data, employee data, investor materials, trade secrets, legal advice or other confidential information unless you are authorised to share it.
  • Avoid posting unnecessary health, financial, identification or other highly sensitive personal information.
  • Do not share private information about another person without an appropriate reason and authority.
  • Before uploading a document, check that it does not contain information that should not be shared with the relevant audience.

8. Be clear about interests and commercial relationships

  • If you recommend a company, service or investment in which you have a material commercial interest, make that relationship clear where it would not otherwise be obvious.
  • Do not misrepresent your role, credentials, investment authority, customer relationships or connection to REBL.
  • Do not imply that REBL endorses you, your company, your fund, your product or your advice unless REBL has expressly agreed to that positioning.

9. Founder, investor and partner interactions

  • No one is entitled to an introduction, meeting, investment or commercial response.
  • Do not pressure another Member to share fundraising materials, customer data, financial information or commercially sensitive information.
  • Do not present an informal community conversation as a commitment to invest, buy, partner or advise.
  • If an introduction develops into a transaction, the parties are responsible for their own due diligence, advice and contract terms.
  • REBL events are not pitch events unless REBL explicitly says otherwise.

10. WhatsApp and group behaviour

  • Use the most relevant group and keep posts reasonably on-topic.
  • Do not add people to REBL groups or share group invite links without REBL’s permission.
  • Avoid excessive tagging, repetitive posting or behaviour that overwhelms other Members.
  • Do not impersonate another person or create misleading profiles.
  • Do not post malware, malicious links, deceptive content or material intended to compromise another person’s account or device.
  • If REBL asks you to move, edit or remove content for moderation or organisational reasons, cooperate reasonably.

11. Events, dinners, co-working and online sessions

  • Treat private dinners and small-group sessions with the same confidentiality expectations as the WhatsApp Community.
  • Respect hosts, venue staff and reasonable venue or safety requirements.
  • Photography and video may take place at REBL events. Tell the REBL team if you prefer not to appear.
  • Do not independently record or transcribe a private REBL session without appropriate permission.
  • If REBL is recording or transcribing a session, we will take reasonable steps to notify participants.
  • Do not behave in a way that makes another attendee feel unsafe or pressured.

12. Content standards

Do not post or send content through REBL that is: unlawful, fraudulent or deliberately deceptive; threatening, harassing or unlawfully discriminatory; defamatory or knowingly false in a way that could seriously harm another person; infringing another person’s intellectual property or confidentiality rights; designed to facilitate cyber abuse, unauthorised access or malicious activity; or otherwise seriously inconsistent with the purpose and safety of the REBL community.

13. Disagreements and business disputes

REBL is not responsible for resolving ordinary commercial disagreements between Members.

Where a disagreement concerns community safety, harassment, confidentiality, scraping, spam, fraud or another breach of these Guidelines, REBL may investigate the conduct issue even if the underlying commercial dispute remains between the parties.

14. Reporting concerns

You can report any concern, including privacy or personal-data matters, to privacy@reblventures.co. Provide enough information for us to understand the issue. Where appropriate, this can include: dates; people involved; the relevant group or event; and limited screenshots or other evidence needed to explain the concern.

15. How REBL may respond

Depending on seriousness, context and history, REBL may: give an informal reminder or warning; ask for content to be edited or removed; remove content or restrict posting or channel access; limit invitations, introductions or event attendance; temporarily suspend membership; permanently terminate membership; preserve information reasonably necessary for a complaint, legal claim or investigation; or contact a platform provider, venue, professional adviser, regulator, law-enforcement body or other authority where appropriate.

REBL may act immediately where reasonably necessary to protect: Members; guests; confidential information; systems; or community safety.
