The idea
REBL started with two friends and a shared passion for entrepreneurship and building start-ups. We were already immersed in those ecosystems, but missed a meaningful female founder network that matched our sense of ambition and vision. We also wanted a place to get introductions, validate ideas, find collaborators, co-work, and learn from other founders. A peer group for the questions you can’t ask anywhere else and the bottlenecks you haven’t been able to solve alone.
We felt strongly that you shouldn’t have to live in a big city like London, New York, or San Francisco to find your network; so we decided to build the room we wished existed when we started, and the response was overwhelming. When hundreds of you reached out just weeks after we started building REBL, we knew we were onto something; it wasn’t just us who felt like this!
The original idea was simple: bring ambitious female founders together to live and build through founder houses and residencies. As with many start-ups, the original concept goes through a series of iterations as you find product-market fit, and we’re no exception.
Given the response from the female founder community, we knew we could make a much bigger impact than just giving you a place to live and build together in cool locations (don’t worry — we’re still doing that too). You can check out our founder houses and residencies here.
What we’re building
We’re building a network of pre-seed female founders with ambitions to scale, raise capital, and go global. We have members building across climate, agentic AI, physical AI, space, consumer, and more.
Our vision is to become the No.1 network for pre-seed female founders worldwide.
Who should join REBL?
We’re for founders who refuse to accept the world as it is, and have the ambition to build what they think should exist. We don’t wait for permission. We question what everyone else accepts and go against the status quo.
